Today, Wall Steel Ltd is recognised as one of Ireland, the UK and Europe’s leading CE-marked structural steel contractors, certified up to Execution Class 4. Our main strength is a 16,000 sqm fabrication facility in New Ross that produces up to 500 tonnes of structural steel each week. We take projects from design through fabrication and finishing, with each stage managed by our teams. Our design team works with Tekla, Autodesk Robot Structural and IDEA Statica for accurate 3D modelling. Our fabrication teams include ISO 9606-1 certified welders, and all steel is finished to ISO 12944 standards for C1 to C5 environments. Our site crews focus on careful planning and clear communication to avoid issues during installation. What sets us apart is our flexibility. We support standard projects as well as unique requirements that fall outside our usual scope. We also continue to strengthen our environmental performance through ISO 14001:2015 and are progressing toward ISO 45001 for safety.
